Lawrence Kenwright is the founder of Signature Living Group – one of the UK’s fastest growing developers and hotel operators. Headquartered in Liverpool, the company has won critical acclaim for a serious of prestigious developments including the historic 30 James Street Hotel, which was once home to the Titanic’s White Star Line HQ.
Signature Living’s football-themed Shankly Hotel that pays tribute to the legendary Liverpool Football Club manager is one of Liverpool’s most popular hotels. Work is set to start on a hotel dedicated to the life and times of Everton FC hero Dixie Dean – situated opposite the Shankly Hotel – to create the world’s first football quarter.
The company has embarked on a series of major developments across the UK including Belfast where the highly anticipated George Best Hotel is set to open in December 2018. Another Belfast hotel, Crumlin Road Couthouse, will open in 2019.
The company enjoys a multi-million pound turnover and employs hundreds of people across its portfolio.

Public policy professional with 14 years experience within government. Murryam was appointed North West Area Director within the Cities and Local Growth Unit in September 2018. This is a cross cutting team working jointly across the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Prior to this role Murryam has worked across a range of roles within the Civil Service, including leading on a new localised integration programme to improve integration outcomes for communities, teacher recruitment reforms within the Department for Education, and sport and culture policies to improve access to under-represented groups.

Ex Government Digital Service and former Digital Projects Director with City Hall London where Ever established The London Data Store. An experienced digital leader with a background in the public and private sector. Emer is an expert in the field of open data and the former Chair of the Open Data Governance Board Ireland advising the Irish Government on their open data initiative. Lives in Manchester where she is helping to build The Federation an open community of digital businesses & innovators, built on co-operative values, in the heart of the city. Non Executive Director of TransportAPI (the digital platform for Transport).
